mood collection may at any time take photos and share on yourmood.net, moodjoaillerie.net and all other sites belonging to mood collection, on all its facebook pages, as well as on all social networks photos of addons, bases or products created by mood collection.
Customized addons can be photographed and these images can be shared by mood collection at any time, whether on websites, social networks, in physical stores and at events, in the form of images, videos, books and any other medium.
If a customer wishes not to have an image of their personalized addon shared on social networks, they must make a written request at the time of ordering to mood collection, by email to contact@yourmood.net and have mood collection confirm in return. This request cannot be made for mood collection websites.
mood collection reserves the right to photograph and retain any images of these personalized add-ons for its own portfolio and websites.
Designs and custom creations are the sole property of mood collection and may be reproduced in whole or in part by mood collection.
